To participate, you need to:

Why do participants need to pay a fee?
MYIMUN is a self-funded organization, which means the event relies on participant contributions to operate. The participation fee covers each delegate’s expenses during the conference, including:
Accommodation and meals during the event
Conference materials and documentation
Venue setup and logistics
Workshops, ceremonies, and activities
Paying the fee ensures a high-quality experience for all delegates and allows the conference to run smoothly.
How do I prepare for MYIMUN?
Research your assigned country and committee topic

What is included in the participation fee?
The fee includes:
Accommodation

Conference materials (ID badge, folder, etc.)

Can I attend if I live in another city or country?
Yes! MYIMUN welcomes participants from across Morocco and abroad. Accommodation and meals are included for those traveling from outside Marrakech and Morocco.
Do I need previous experience to participate?
No prior experience is required. MYIMUN is designed to accommodate beginners while providing advanced learning opportunities for experienced participants.
Can I cancel my registration?
Once the participation fee is paid, it is non-refundable, as MYIMUN immediately books all necessary arrangements and materials for each confirmed participant.
However, participants who paid the fee but were unable to attend the event are eligible for a 50% discount code that can be used to participate in the next MYIMUN edition.
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must still be communicated via email to the MYIMUN support team before the event date.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, all participants will receive a certificate of participation after the event.
